A lone hyena in search of food. Normally hyenas will hunt in packs. But perhaps this hyena wants to hunt alone so it can eat a larger portion of the meal, not wanting to share it with other cubs.

It suddenly saw a few topi antelopes nearby sleeping. And so the hyena hunt begins.
It crept gently towards the small topi antelope sleeping unknowingly.

It rushed towards the topi antelope, but not every hunt was easy. With the advantage of long legs, the topi easily escapes from the sinister hyena.

The hyena didn’t give up, it aimed for another sleeping topi. It attacks from behind and bites hard on the neck of the topi. The topi jumped up and spun around causing the hyena to let go of it and the topi to run away. So the hyena lost its prey again. Still continue to sneak prey but 2 then 3 topi antelope, they all escaped from the hyena.

And luck also smiled on the hyena. It managed to grab a topi in the thigh despite it struggling. Another hyena saw this and ran to help it.
And so in the end the result of the hyena’s solitary and reckless hunt was a fat topi antelope.
